What child doesn't like a delicious lolly on a hot summer's day? These are perfect cool down treats. We live just around the corner from a strawberry pick your own and these are perfect for using up the berries leftover from an exuberant pick your own session! Even better this lolly is so simple to make that your children can make it themselves.

 

ingredients

makes 12 lollies

 

500g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries work well)
400ml coconut milk

 

method

 
  • Simply blend the berries and coconut milk together until smooth.
  • Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze.

Summer berries sum up an English summer's day. Even better they are lower in natural sugar than other fruits and high in flavonoids, which help to protect against inflammation, cancer and heart disease.
