When working with clients I focus on a personalised approach to physical activity and exercise. I want to help you improve your heart health, strength and fitness levels in order to optimise your overall health and confidence. I will work with you and recommend an exercise regime, activity levels and exercise type, frequency and intensity based on your time, lifestyle, exercise preferences and health goals.
During our first meeting I will take a full history where I look at all aspects of your health, medical and exercise history from childhood to present day including any previous injuries. We will then work together to come up with your personalised exercise plan looking at incorporating Personal Training and classes or small group training where applicable. We can then plan a suitable time to work together for supervised sessions in the comfort of your home or garden.
I believe strongly in exercise being a fun and social acitivity for body and mind, so I would welcome groups of 2-3 training together. Friends who train together stay together!
One session (60 minutes) £45
Block of 10 sessions (60 minutes) £400
Small group training (60 minutes, 2-3 people) £20 per person
