coffee and hazelnut protein smoothie
If you love a shot of coffee in the morning then you’ll love this smoothie. We use Exhale coffee, which is tested for high polyphenols and no mould. We use either Purition vanilla and macadamia protein powder or The Organic Protein Company vanilla - but use your favourite one.
ingredients
makes 1 smoothie
1 small banana
100g frozen cauliflower rice
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 scoops protein powder
shot of coffee (Exhale)
200ml hazelnut milk
1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds to top (optional)
method
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. You might need more or less hazelnut milk depending on how thick you like your smoothie.
Pour in a glass or bowl and add the shelled hemp seeds.
