The day will start with a nutrition workshop where we will chat about the importance of diet and lifestyle interventions to manage your midlife body. We will then move onto the types of exercise that will help your symptoms and life post menopause. After a delicious vegetarian lunch we will have a Q&A session and sharing of our midlife journeys. The day will end with a yoga meditation session. We have designed this retreat to be a chance for you to escape your busy life for one day and have plenty of time to ask questions and share experiences.

We want you to leave refreshed, inspired and motivated to look after yourself physically, mentally and spiritually. Youโ€™ll leave the day with actionable tips and ideas for how to move forward into a more vibrant, healthy lifestyle.

Led by Registered Nutritionist Kat Bright and Personal Trainer Val Simpson.

With guest yoga teacher Lucy Holland.
